Download and install Norton Small Business
The intended audience for this article is the Norton Small Business account owner.
Norton Small Business offers you multi-platform security product to protect your devices. Follow these instructions to download and install the latest version of Norton Small Business on your computer. If you are not the Norton Small Business account owner, go to Download and install on user's device.
Download and install Norton Small Business on your device

Sign in to your account.

In the Subscriptions page, select Norton Small Business, and click Download.

In the Install on this device window, make sure the product name that is displayed is the one you want to install, click Agree & Download.

Do one of the following depending on your browser:

For Windows: Press Ctrl + J key, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

For Mac: Press Command + Option + L, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your Norton product is now installed and activated.
Send install invite to your users
As the account owner, you should send the install emails to your users. Follow the below instructions to send the install invite to help your users install the Norton product on their devices.

Sign in to your account.

If you are not signed in to Norton already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.

In the My Subscriptions page, under Norton Small Business, and click Download.

Click Send a Download Link.

In the Protect Another Device window, enter the email addresses of the users on whose devices you want to protect and click the send button.

Click Send Invites.

Click Done.
Download and install on user's device

Locate and open the email from Norton.

Click Download Now.

Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Norton Small Business.
If the install link has expired or if you have not received the invite, contact your Norton Small Business account owner.
Norton Small Business is available only in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and some Latin American countries. Features and entitlements offered with Norton Small Business plans may vary based on regions. Apart from these countries, it may be available with some of our telco and other partnerships.
