Add a family member to your existing LifeLock subscription using LifeLock Add a Member plan

LifeLock Add a Member plan ets you extend LifeLock protection for family members like a partner, parent, or adult child. They get financial account monitoring on up to two accounts, dark web monitoring (monitors only name and email), dedicated restoration help if identity theft occurs, and scam support with up to $5K in scam reimbursement coverage.* You manage their billing and subscription from your LifeLock account, so they get the benefits of protection without having to manage another plan themselves.

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Depending on your subscription, do one of the following:

   • If you see the My Norton page, on the ID Theft Protection tile, click Go to Dashboard to log in to the Member Portal page.

   • If you see the Member Portal page, then go to step 3.

3. On the Protect your family banner, click Add family.

4. Choose LifeLock Add a Member plan from the drop-down list and enter the name and email address of the member, and complete the payment process.

5. A confirmation email is sent to the new member so they can complete the onboarding process.

6. To verify the new member on your account, navigate back to your Member Portal page.

7. On the left panel, click Monitored Info to view the new member.

The new member has been added, and the person who manages their own account has been monitored.
