How do I activate my Protection Plan?

Visit http://norton.servify.com and follow the instructions to activate your coverage.

Your Protection Plan is created and your phone details are added.

You will receive an email confirming your activation and specific Norton Screen Care Protection Plan coverage terms.

How long is my phone screen Protection Plan?

Once you've activated your Norton Screen Care Protection Plan, your phone will be protected for the term of your qualifying Norton subscription and will automatically renew as long as your subscription automatically renews.

When does my Protection Plan start?

Your coverage starts the day you activate and enroll your eligible device under the Norton Screen Care Protection Plan. You will receive an email that contains your specific Norton Screen Care Protection Plan coverage terms. You are also able to view your plan details by visiting http://norton.servify.com.

Am I covered if my phone is lost or stolen?

Norton Screen Care Protection Plan only covers reimbursement for cracked screen on your mobile device. All other damages or causes of loss such as water, theft and/or loss, or accidental drops are not covered. Please review the full Norton Care Screen Protection Plan terms and conditions for full coverage details.

I just upgraded my phone. Can I transfer my coverage?

No, Norton Screen Care Protection Plan is not transferable to another phone. Check the Norton Screen Care Protection Plan Terms and Conditions for further information.

What types of phones do you cover?

Most brands of smart phones are eligible under this Plan that meet the definition of a "Covered Device". Please see complete Norton Screen Protection Plan for coverage information and exclusions.

Can you cover my friend/family member's phone as well?

No, the Norton Screen Care Protection Plan is only available to select loyal members.

Is there a waiting period?

Yes, after your Norton Screen Care Protection Plan is activated, there is a 30-day waiting period before you are eligible to report a claim.

Your Plan term and effective date of coverage is shown in your Norton Screen Care Protection Plan documentation. You will receive this information by email and can view anytime at http://norton.servify.com.
