How do I submit a claim?

  1. Get your phone screen repaired

    • Visit a repair shop of your choice

    • Keep your repair receipt

  2. Check that your receipt includes:

    • Repair date and cost

    • Phone make and model

    • Shop name and address

  3. Upload a photo of your receipt through the app

    • An agent will review your claim

    • Get updates on your claim status through the app

What can I do if my claim was unsuccessful?

If your claim is unsuccessful, you will be notified of the next steps you need to take.

Is there a deductible?

Yes, there is a $25 Plan deductible applied to the original claim amount. Check the Protection Plan for further information.

How will I know the status of my claim?

You can track your claim status through your Norton Device Care app. You will also be updated by email.

Do I need a receipt to get reimbursed?

Yes, you will need a receipt for cracked screen repair in order to be reimbursed for the repair.

Can I report a claim without a repair receipt?

No, a receipt from a repair store must be submitted into the Norton Device Care app to be eligible for reimbursement. Check your Protection Plan for further information.

How much will I be reimbursed?

Providing your claim is successful, you will be reimbursed up to $100, less your $25 plan deductible applied to the original claim amount.

For example:

  • If your cracked screen repair costs total $125, you will be reimbursed $100 (after $25 deductible applied to the original claim amount).

  • If your cracked screen repair costs total $100, you will be reimbursed $75 (after $25 deductible applied to the original claim amount).

  • If your cracked screen repair costs total $200, you will be reimbursed $100 (after $25 deductible applied to the original claim amount since reimbursement is up to $100).

How will I know if my claim is approved?

You can track your claim status through the Norton Device Care app. You'll also be updated by email.

Can I resubmit a claim if my claim is unsuccessful?

If your claim is unsuccessful, you'll be notified with the reason(s) for the outcome and the next steps you need to take. Check the Protection Plan for further information.

I cracked my phone again, can I get reimbursed for another repair?

No, your Norton Screen Care Protection Plan covers your phone for one (1) cracked screen repair per subscription term. Check the Protection Plan for further information.
