Getting started with your Norton subscription
Have you downloaded your Device Security?
After you purchase a Norton subscription, you must download and install your device security on each of your devices to get protection.
Downloading is easy; sign in to your account and click Download. For detailed instructions, read Download and Install your Norton device security product.
For Korea, China, and Japan regions: Your Norton account does not get created during the purchase process. Install your product by following the instructions provided in the purchase confirmation e-mail. Once the product gets installed, create your account. For detailed instructions, read Create a Norton account.

Is your protection turned on?
After you install, double-click the Norton product icon on your Desktop and see if the Norton window appears Green. If the security status is green, it indicates that your device has protection.
If the status appears in red or orange, there may be some device security features which are not enabled or functioning properly. In most cases, clicking the Fix Now button can solve these problems.
Also, make sure that you install the latest updates for your operating system and periodically update all other software programs whenever the vendors release the updates.

If a Norton expert is unable to remove the virus from your device, then you may receive a refund based on the actual price paid for the current term of your qualifying subscription. If you have a bundle (a qualifying subscription from Norton purchased with either another offering from Norton, or a third party offering), your refund will be limited to the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of only your qualifying subscription for the current term, not to exceed the total bundled price paid.
