Activate your TP-Link HomeShield Pro Powered by Norton

You must activate your subscription to protect your network with TP-Link HomeShield Pro.

Ensure that the following steps are done before activating your subscription.

• The TP-Link router is set up and connected to the internet
• Install TP-Link Deco app (for Deco mesh routers) or Tether app (for Archer routers)
• Create a TP-Link account

Activate and pair your Norton subscription

1. In your browser, go to: https://my.norton.com/home/setup.
2. Click Enter a Product Key.
3. Type your account email address and password, and then click Sign In.
   If you do not have a Norton account, click Create an account. Type your details and then click Create Account.
4. In the Enter your product key window, type the 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then click the verify icon.
    
5. In the Annual Subscription Renewal Authorization window, enter your payment details and click Start Subscription.
6. In the Subscription window, click Close.
7. In the Dashboard page, click See How.
    
8. You must complete setting up the router before pairing the HomeShield Pro subscription with your TP-Link router.
9. Click Pair account.
    
10. Go to your Norton > My Account page.
11. In the My Account page, in the My Subscriptions tab, check the pairing status under HomeShield Pro Powered by Norton.
     
12. Once the pairing is successful, it should display the following.
    • Paired TP-Link ID: Paired
    • Protection Status: Protected
