Message: "The Provided Norton account has already been linked to another account of the same third party identity provider?"

You see this message if the Norton account you are trying to connect to your Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account is already been linked. Use the information below to know the Apple ID, the Google email, or the Microsoft account that is already linked with your account.
  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Under Linked Accounts section, find the Apple ID, Google email, or Microsoft account linked with your account.

Message: "User does not exist"

You see this message if the Norton account you are trying to connect to does not exist. Ensure that you are entering the correct email address and try again.

Message: "We're currently unable to sign you in with Google"

If you see this message, sign in to your account using your Norton account username/email and password. You can also request a one-time password to sign in.
