Your Norton product activation failed because the product key that you used is not valid for the geographical region that you are trying to activate it in. This issue can occur when products are distributed to you outside of the region they are intended for. We recommend that you return the incorrect product to the retailer where you purchased it from and request a refund.
To receive Norton Protection, you must purchase a Norton product designated for your region.
If you still seek to purchase and use the Norton product in your region, we recommend that you go to Norton Online Store and complete a new purchase. After you complete your purchase, follow the instructions to download and activate using the new product key.
If you have additional questions about the validity of your product or you have purchased the product directly from Norton or a Norton partner, contact Member Services and Support. Make sure that you have the proof of purchase, product key, and order details.
