To resolve this issue, reset the notification settings on your Mac for your Norton product.
Click the Apple icon at the top-left corner and then click System Settings.
Click Notifications on the left sidebar.
Do both the following steps:
In the Notification window, right-click the Norton option, click Reset Notifications, and then click Ok.
In the Notification window, right-click on the Norton product that is installed on your Mac, click Reset Notifications, and then click Ok.
You can see an alert from Norton at the top-right corner of your window. In the alert click Options, and then click Allow from the drop-down list.
