Message "Please confirm your purchase"
When you purchase a Norton product from Norton.com, you are asked to enter your email address and password. If you enter an incorrect password, your order cannot be saved in your account.
If you see a message asking you to confirm a purchase when you sign in to your Norton account, do one of the following that best describes your situation:
I want to know how to confirm my purchase
Sign in to your account.
In the Order confirmation page, select Yes, I placed this order, and then click Confirm Order.
If you see the message Error: "An unexpected system error occurred and we can't display your information at this time", check if there is any known system problem or outage by visiting the Norton Services Status page and try accessing your account later. You can also try signing in to your account using a different browser.
Type your serial number of the product in your order.
If you have multiple products, you will only need to provide the serial number for one of the products in your order.
Your order has been confirmed and you can now download and manage your Norton product in your account.
I need to find my Serial number
Your serial number can be found in the order confirmation email which is sent to the email address used when you purchased your Norton product. Be sure to check the email inbox for that email address.
You can use the subject line or the sender email address to search for the Order Confirmation email in your inbox. Search for one of the following:
Subject similar to: "Your Norton Order Confirmation For Order #NP0000000".
From: Norton Store <firstname.lastname@example.org>.
If you do not find your Order Confirmation email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder to find the email.
In your Order Confirmation email, Serial Number is located under Product Information.
The date of order in the message is older than my most recent purchase
If you do not want the message to appear, select I did not place this order and then click Decline Order.
Declining the order removes the product from your account and you cannot manage or download them.
Download your most recent purchase
Sign in to your account.
Be sure and sign in with the email address used for the most recent purchase.
In the My Subscription tab, select your most recent purchase.
If you do not see the Norton product you most recently purchased, it may be associated with another account. Sign in again using a different email address.
Follow the prompts to download and install your Norton product.
