To resolve this issue, update your Norton 360 app to the latest version.
Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile, and search for the Norton 360 app.
Next to the Norton 360 app, tap Update.
You can see the Update option only if a new version of the Norton 360 app is available.
If you still have issues, then uninstall and reinstall the Norton 360 app.
From the home screen, tap and hold on the Norton 360 app icon, then move it to the Uninstall option at the top.
In the confirmation alert, tap OK to remove the Norton 360 app from your device.
On your Android device, launch the Google Play Store app, and search for the Norton 360 app.
On the Norton 360 app screen, tap Install.
When the installation finishes, tap Open.
Read and accept the License and Services Agreement, acknowledge our Global Privacy Statement, then tap Sign in.
Type your Norton account email address and password, then tap Sign In.
If the problem persists even after updating the app to the latest version, then contact Member Services & Support.
