Message: "Your vault password has been locked. Please try again later" appears on Norton Password Manager app

You may receive this message on your Norton Password Manager mobile app if you enter an incorrect password more than five times.

This error message appears for five minutes. After that, you can try to access your vault on the same device with the correct password.

If you receive this error message on one device, you can still access your vault on other devices if you provide the correct vault password.

You cannot delete your vault from the Norton Password Manager mobile app. You can delete the vault only from the Norton Password Manager browser extension. To know more, refer to Delete your Norton Password Manager vault.
