Opt-out of Norton marketing email
You can opt out of Norton marketing emails from your Norton account or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing email.
Opt out of marketing emails using your Norton account

Sign in to your account.

On the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click Account Settings.

Next to Email Preferences, turn off the type of emails that you want to opt out of:

Under Promotions, Special offers

Under Product Information, Product Features and Reminders, and Newsletters.

The Required messages category cannot be turned off, as we are legally obligated to send notifications such as security alerts, order confirmation emails, renewal confirmation emails, and similar service communications. These Email Preferences only control Norton marketing emails that are sent to your registered email address. They do not change notifications or promotional pop-ups displayed in your Norton apps on your devices.
Unsubscribe from Norton marketing emails
- Open the marketing email that you received from Norton.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click Unsubscribe, and follow the on-screen instructions to unsubscribe from Norton marketing emails.
Alternatively, you can submit a request in our Privacy Center under the Data Subject Requests section.
