Set up Genie Scam Protection Pro

1. To set up Safe SMS, click View Details.
2. Click Get Started and scan the QR code on the mobile you want to use.
3. Install the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the app is already installed, click Already setup.

To set Private Browser, read Download and install Norton Private Browser.

1. To set up Scam Support, click View Details.
2. Click Verify a scam.
3. Choose one of the following:
   • Recommended - Click Ask Genie and follow the instructions.
   • If you need help after a scam, click Get Help. 
4. To claim reimbursement, click Get started on recovery.
5. Click Start my claim, follow the steps, and click Done.

1. To set up Safe Web, click View Details.
2. Click Get Started.
   • Depending on your device, follow the instructions.
     • Click Download Norton on the device you want to use. 
     • Scan the QR code on the mobile you want to use.
3. Install the Norton device security and follow the on-screen instructions.

If the app is already installed, click Already setup.

To set up Norton Safe Email, read Set up Norton Safe Email.
