低版本 Windows 平台 Norton 停产声明

为了确保所有客户均得到保护，我们宣布停产旧版 Windows 平台 Norton 产品。21.x 和之前的版本都已长达 5 年之久，因此我们确定用户要升级到新一代产品才能接收更新。

• 18.x（5.x，用于 Norton 360）

• 19.x（6.x，用于 Norton 360）

• 20.x

• 21.x

• 22.0 - 22.14.x

涉及如下产品：

• Norton Internet Security

• Norton AntiVirus

• Norton 360

• Norton 360 Multi-Device

• Norton 360 Premier

• Norton Security

• Norton Security with Backup

如果您的 Windows 计算机运行 Norton 22.14 或更低版本，我们建议您升级到最新版。

升级 Norton

1. 打开您的 Norton 设备安全产品。

2. 在左窗格中，单击“安全性”。

3. 在“安全性”窗口的“LiveUpdate”部分，单击“打开”。

4. 在“Norton LiveUpdate”窗口中，单击“立即更新”/“立即检查”。

5. Norton LiveUpdate 完成后，单击“完成”。

6. 运行 LiveUpdate 直到您看到消息：“您的 Norton 产品具有最新防护更新”。

7. 退出所有程序，然后重新启动计算机。
