Norton Family restricts the device access for your child even during the allowed hours

To resolve this problem, lock and unlock the child's device.

Lock and unlock child's device

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select the child profile that you want to configure.

3. Click or tap Lock Child's Devices.

4. In the Instant Lock window, click or tap Lock.

5. Click Unlock Child's Devices and then click or tap Unlock.
