Message: "You already have an existing membership..."

If you have an existing subscription that has Identity Theft features (ITPS) linked already, you will encounter this error. Norton doesn't allow multiple subscriptions with Identity Theft features as it needs to be linked to one social security number (SSN). Gifting a second subscription is a great way to get your family or friends' online lives secured. You can either gift the new subscription to a family member and/or call support for further advice.
