Unable to turn on Norton Safe Web and Remote Access Prevention in Norton 360

You may face issues in accessing Norton Safe Web and Remote Access Protection features in Norton 360.

To fix this issue, repair Norton and restart your device.

Repair Norton

1. Launch Norton 360.

2. Click Settings on the left-side of the app and click the Troubleshooting tab.

3. In the Troubleshooting tab, next to Still having problems?, click Repair Norton.

4. In the What would you like to do? screen that appears, click Repair Norton.

5. Restart your computer once the troubleshooting is complete.
