Learn how to activate and download products purchased at the au shop.

First time using Norton product

1. Read the QR code on the package or access the URL https://au.pismo.tech/license/create.
2. Enter your mobile number and click Activation License.
   
3. Click Send on the Confirmation mobile number screen. On the next page, enter the "verification code” you received by SMS and click Verify.
   

   If you want to receive the verification code by phone, click on Receive the authentication code by phone instead of SMS under Send. You will receive a call and will be notified of the verification code.

   If you did not receive the verification code, click Resend verification code. If you do not receive the verification code even after resending it twice, you will be taken to the Register mobile number screen, and then enter your mobile number twice and click Register.

4. Select Set up Auto renewal or Not Set up Auto renewal.
   
5. If you select Set up Auto renewal, you will proceed to the payment registration page.
   You can register payment. Once it is done, go to download the product page.
6. Click Download.
    

Download the product

1. Go to the Norton sign in page. If you already have a Norton account, please log in.
   If you are a first time user, create a Norton account from Create an account.
   
2. When the license agreement screen appears, click Agree.
   If you are already using our product, the license agreement screen may not appear.
3. Download your Norton product from the Application store.
   *Android users will finish with this.
4. If you are using iPhone (iOS), the following page will be displayed after the Norton product is downloaded from the application store. In that case, please click Already purchased product. 
   
5. Sign in Service Provider (above the cancelation button). If it does not work, click Sign in Norton Account (top of the button).
   
6. Click on Accept paste.
   
7. Click Allow and finish the setting.
