Unable to turn on Location Supervision for your child's device in Norton Family

Enable Device Administrator for Norton Family

From the Home screen, go to Settings.

Under Personal, tap Security, and then tap Device administrators.

Next to Norton Family, make sure that the check box is checked. If it is unchecked, tap it to enable Device Administrator for Norton Family.
Enable the Norton Family Accessibility Service

From the Home screen, navigate to Settings > Accessibility.

Under Services, tap Norton Family Accessibility Service.

Next to Norton Family Accessibility Service, move the slider to turn it on.

Tap OK to confirm.
