Download and install your Norton product by Lenovo

Depending on your operating system, perform the steps to download and install your Norton product.

Windows

  1. Click on the Download link in the email you received with the subject line Software Download Info for Lenovo Order XXXXXXX.
  2. On the Lenovo sign in page, sign in with your Lenovo account credentials.
  3. In the Norton portal, click Download.
  4. On the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.
  5. Once the download completes, run the installer from your browser by double-clicking the downloaded file. 
    If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Mac

  1. Click on the Download link in the email you received with the subject line Software Download Info for Lenovo Order XXXXXXX.
  2. On the Lenovo sign in page, sign in with your Lenovo account credentials.
  3. In the Norton portal, click Download.
  4. On the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.
  5. Once the download completes, run the installer from your browser by double-clicking the downloaded file.
  6. When prompted, type your Mac administrator user account password, and click Install Helper.
  7. Once the packages are downloaded, you will be prompted to restart. Click Restart.
  8. After you restart your Mac, click Open Settings in the Norton installation window.
  9. If you see the System Extension Blocked alert, click Open System Settings.
  10. In the Security & Privacy, click the Allow button.
  11. When prompted, type your administrator account password, and then click Unlock.
  12. Click Allow corresponding to the Norton message, navigate to the Norton installation window, and click Continue.
  13. Click Continue under Allow Network Monitoring and click the Allow button when prompted. 
    Installation setup is now complete, and Norton security is ready to use. 

Android

  1. Click on the Download link in the email you received with the subject line Software Download Info for Lenovo Order XXXXXXX.
  2. On the Lenovo sign in page, sign in with your Lenovo account credentials.
  3. Once signed in, you are directed to the Play Store to install the app. Tap Install.
  4. After the installation completes, tap Open.
  5. The Norton product installation and activation is now complete.
    If prompted to authenticate, sign in with your Lenovo credential for activation.

iOS

  1. Click on the Download link in the email you received with the subject line Software Download Info for Lenovo Order XXXXXXX.
  2. On the Lenovo sign in page, sign in with your Lenovo account credentials.
  3. On the App Store page, tap Get or download icon.
  4. When the installation finishes, tap Open.
    If prompted, type your Lenovo account email address and password for activation.
