Download and install Norton VPN

Go to my.Norton.com and click Sign In.

Enter your email address and password and click Sign In.

In the My Norton page, on the top-right corner of the screen, hover over My Account and click My Subscriptions.

In the My Subscriptions page, next to Norton VPN, click Download.

In the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.

Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Launch the VPN app.

Sign in to VPN with your Norton account.

On the VPN dashboard, click Connect.

Open Safari web browser.

Sign in to your account.

Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.

In the dashboard page, click Download.
If you want to install a different subscribed product, go to My Subscriptions. In the My Subscriptions tab, select the Norton VPN product with an active subscription and click Download.

In the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.

When the download finishes, double-click the file that you downloaded to launch the Norton installer.

Click Agree & Install.

In some cases, Norton provides you an alert to join the Norton Community Watch that collects information about potential security risks from your computer and sends the information to Norton for analysis. Do any one of the following:

• Click Join Now to enable the Norton Community Watch on your Norton product.

• Click Maybe Later to join the Norton Community Watch later.

You can click Learn More to know more about Norton Community Watch.

When prompted, type your Mac administrator user account password and click Install Helper.

In the Norton installation window, click Open Now or Click here.

Click Allow corresponding to the Norton message.

In the Norton VPN installation window, click Continue.

Click Restart to complete the installation process.

Do one of the following:

• On Android, go to Play Store.

• On iOS, tap the App Store icon on your home screen.

Type Norton VPN - Fast and Secure in the search box and select the app from the results.

Do one of the following:

• On Android, on the application details screen, tap Install.

• On iOS, tap GET and then tap Install.

Open the app and tap Sign in.

Enter the login credentials and sign in to your account.

In your VPN app, tap Connect to activate Norton VPN.

Do one of the following:

• On Android, if you get a Would Like to Add VPN Configurations pop-up, tap Allow.

• On iOS, follow the below steps:

  • In the "Norton VPN" Would Like to send you Notifications, tap Allow.

  • In the Secure your connections and your browsing screen, tap Set up now.

  • In the "Norton VPN" Would Like to Add VPN Configurations, click Allow.

  • Enter your device passcode or password to complete your VPN configuration.
