Error: "You have reached your computer limit..." when registering a computer to Norton Family

With a single Norton Family account, you can monitor up to fifty devices. If you do not monitor fifty devices and yet see this error, remove the devices from your Norton Family profile that no longer have Norton Family installed.

Remove a computer from a child profile

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Click the child profile icon that you want to configure.

3. Click View Profile.

4. Click the trashcan icon next to the device that you want to remove.

5. Click Remove, and then click OK.
