Some of the media streaming applications such as Netflix or Hulu do not support VPN traffic due to security reasons or geo restrictions.
To fix this problem, connect your device to a different VPN region. To manually connect to a different VPN Region, refer to Manually change the geographic location in Norton VPN.
If the issue persists, use Split Tunneling to exclude the respective apps traffic from passing through VPN. To use the Split Tunneling feature, refer to Enable Split Tunneling in your Norton VPN product to manage your traffic
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton VPN. Depending on your operating system, choose one of the following to uninstall and reinstall Norton VPN.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

In the list of currently installed programs, select Norton VPN, and click Remove or Uninstall.
Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Norton VPN.
Sign in to your account.
If you are not signed in to Norton already, you are prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for your Norton account, and click Sign In.
If you do not have a Norton account, click Create account and complete the sign-up process.
In the Subscriptions page, select Norton VPN, and then click Download.
Click Agree & Download.
Click OK to save and open the Setup.zip file.
When the download finishes, double-click the Norton product Installer.
If you see a Security Warning about opening the downloaded file, click Run to continue.
Click Next to start the installation.
Read the license agreement, and then click I Agree.
When the installation finishes, click Finish.
From the home screen, tap and hold on the Norton VPN app icon, and then move it to the Uninstall option at the top.
In the confirmation alert, tap OK to remove the Norton VPN app from your device.
To reinstall Norton VPN, read Download and install Norton VPN.
