Update transaction alert preferences on your Norton account

Transaction alerts include notifications that you receive if you have made a transaction with your card or account that exceeds the threshold that you set in your Alert Preferences. This threshold is applied across all your financial institution accounts and cards linked with your account. Use the information below to set the threshold that best suits you to help protect your fund from fraud.

Set the transaction alert threshold

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If you see the My Norton page, click Monitored Info tab.

    • If you see the Member Portal page, click Manage Account tab.

  3. On the Contact Preferences section, under Transaction Alert Preferences, set your own limit for cash transfers, purchases, and transfers.
