Unable to upgrade Norton Utilities Premium to Norton Utilities Ultimate

To fix this problem, manually activate the Norton Utilities Ultimate subscription using the Norton Utilities Ultimate product key.

The product key for Norton Utilities Ultimate is different from the product key for your Norton Protection.

Activate Norton Utilities Ultimate

  1. Open Norton Utilities Premium.

  2. Click on the help icon present on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click About Norton Utilities Premium.

  4. In the Norton window, click Change Key.

  5. Enter Norton Utilities Ultimate product key and click Finish Activation.

    Norton Utilities Ultimate is now activated.
