Change your LifeLock plan

It is easy to change and upgrade from one plan to another. You can also change your billing frequency from month-to-month plan to an annual plan. When you change a plan, you need to do that for each member in your account.

Upgrade or change your plan

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Depending on your subscription, do one of the following:

    • If you see the My Norton page, hover over your profile icon and then click Manage My Subscriptions.

    • If you see the Member Portal page, click Manage Account and scroll down to the Membership & Billing section.

  3. On the plan that you want to change or upgrade, click Change plan or Upgrade now.

  4. Choose the protection that best suits you and complete the purchase.

To downgrade, call us at Member Services & Support, and provide the plan you want to downgrade to and each member you wish to downgrade. After we receive your request, you will receive additional correspondence to confirm and approve the change.
