What's changed?

When should I get my new Norton experience? Can I get it early?
The new Norton experience for your Norton 360 app is currently available as a limited early access feature for select users in the United States.

How do I opt in or switch to the new Norton experience using the existing Norton 360 app?
Follow the steps below to opt in or switch to the new Norton experience.

Open Norton 360.

On the main Norton 360 app screen, under the Get early access to the new Norton experience card, tap Try now.

In the Welcome screen alert, you can tap Take a tour to know more about the new Norton experience.
I don’t want the new experience. Can I switch back to the classic experience?
Follow the steps below to opt out or switch back to the classic or old experience.

Open Norton 360.

Scroll down to the main Norton 360 app screen. Under the "What do you think of the new Norton experience" card, tap "Switch back".

Select the reason for switching back to the classic experience, and you can provide your feedback on the same and tap Done.
You can return to the new Norton experience at any time.
How do I provide feedback?
Follow the steps below to provide feedback about the new Norton experience.

Open Norton 360.

Scroll down to the main Norton 360 app screen. Under the "What do you think of the new Norton experience" card, tap Feedback.

Select the reason for switching back to the classic experience, and you can provide your feedback on the same and tap Done.
You can return to the new Norton experience at any time.
I use the Norton app on multiple devices. Will they receive the new experience at the same time?
If you are using the Norton app on multiple devices, they may receive the new experience at different times for each device.
Currently, the new Norton experience for your Norton 360 app is available only on iOS devices.
What will happen to the settings I already have?
Your custom settings will be carried over to your new Norton app experience.
