When you use Norton VPN, you may encounter issues when a specific app or program added in Split Tunnel does not reroute the network traffic. To fix this problem, depending on the product, follow the steps:
Launch Norton VPN app on Windows.
Click the Settings icon at the top of the app and then click Split Tunnel.
In the Split Tunnel page, under the list of apps that are excluded, click the icon of the app that you want to exclude.
Restart device.
Open Norton VPN.
Click the Account icon present on top of the app.
Click Sign Out.
Restart your computer.
Open Norton VPN.
Click the Account icon present on top of the app.
Click Sign in.
Launch Norton VPN app on Windows.
Click the Settings icon at the top of the app and then click Split Tunnel.
In the Split Tunnel page, click Add an Application.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add an application.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton VPN to fix the issue.
Launch Norton VPN app on Windows.
Click the Settings icon at the top of the app and then click Split Tunnel.
In the Split Tunnel page, under the list of apps that are excluded, click the Red icon of the app that you want to remove.
Restart device.
Open Norton VPN.
Click the Account icon on top of the app.
Click Sign Out.
Uninstall Norton VPN.

Open Norton VPN.
Click the Account icon on top of the app.
Click Sign in.
Reinstall Norton VPN.

Launch Norton VPN app on Windows.

In the Split Tunnel page, click Add an Application.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add an application.
Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, from the drop-down menu, click Settings.
In the Settings window, next to Split Tunnel, click the icon.
In the Split Tunnel window, under the list of apps that are excluded, click the icon of the app that you want to remove.
Restart device.
Open Norton 360.
Click the Account icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
Click Sign Out.
Restart your computer.
Open Norton 360.
Click the Account icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
Click Sign in.
Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, from the drop-down menu, click Settings.
In the Settings window, next to Split Tunnel, click the icon.
In the Split Tunnel window, under the list of apps that are excluded, click Add.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add an application.

Click the Account icon on top of the app.
Click Sign in.
Reinstall Norton 360.
Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, from the drop-down menu, click Settings.
In the Settings window, next to Split Tunnel, click the icon.
In the Split Tunnel window, under the list of apps that are excluded, click Add.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add an application.
Launch Secure VPN.
In the Secure VPN app, tap the icon on the left-most corner of the screen and tap Settings.
In the settings window, under Split Tunneling, tap Exclude Apps.
In the Exclude Apps screen, under the list of apps that are excluded, click the icon of the app that you want to remove.
Restart device.
Launch Secure VPN.
Tap the icon on the left-most corner of the screen.
Tap Log Out.
In the confirmation screen, tap Yes.
Launch Secure VPN.
In the Home screen, tap I already have a subscription.
In the Do you have a Norton Account? screen, tap Yes.
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Norton account.
Launch Secure VPN.
Click the icon present on the top-left corner of the app and then click Split Tunnel.
In the Settings screen, under Exclude Apps, tap to add the app to be included in Split Tunnel.
If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall Secure VPN to fix the issue.
Launch Secure VPN.
In the Secure VPN app, tap the icon on the left-most corner of the screen and tap Settings.
In the Settings window, under Split Tunneling, tap Exclude Apps.
In the Exclude Apps screen, under the list of apps that are excluded, click the icon of the app that you want to remove.
Restart device.
Launch Secure VPN.
Tap the icon on the left-most corner of the screen.
Tap Log Out.

Launch Secure VPN.
In the Home screen, tap I already have a subscription.
In the Do you have a Norton Account? screen, tap Yes.
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Norton account.
Reinstall Norton VPN.

Launch Secure VPN.
Click the icon present on the top-left corner of the app and then click Split Tunnel.
In the Settings screen, under Exclude Apps, tap to add the app.
