Learn how to uninstall Norton VPN
Depending on your device, do one of the following to uninstall Norton VPN:
Uninstalling your Norton VPN may make your device vulnerable to cyberattacks. Hence, we do not recommend you to uninstall Norton VPN.
Windows

Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

Type in the following text, and then press Enter.
appwiz.cpl

In the Uninstall or change a program page, click Norton VPN.
Click Uninstall/Change on top of the screen.

Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Norton VPN on your device.
Mac
Before you follow the below steps, ensure that you close your Norton application, if it is already opened.
- On your Mac, click the Finder icon
in the dock, and then click Applications in the left pane under the Favorites section.

Scroll down and right-click on the Norton VPN application icon and click Move to Trash or Move to Bin.
If you see an error, click Ok in the error message, and then scroll down and double-click Norton Uninstaller.

If you see the Norton Uninstaller window, click Continue and proceed to Step 6. Otherwise, go to Step 4.

When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.
This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.

In the window that appears, click Uninstall.

When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.

If you see the restart option, then click Restart Now to complete the uninstallation process. Otherwise, continue with the below steps.

Wait while the uninstaller removes Norton VPN from your Mac.

When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.
This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.

When the confirmation message appears, click Finish or optionally click Continue to complete the uninstall survey.
Android
-
From the home screen, tap and hold on the Norton VPN app icon, and then move it to the Uninstall option at the top.

In the confirmation alert, tap Ok to remove the Norton VPN app from your device.
iOS
-
On the Home screen, tap and hold on the Norton VPN icon until it jiggles.

In the top-left corner of the app icon, tap the delete icon to delete it.
Smart TV
Android TV
-
On your Android TV home screen, navigate to the Norton VPN app.

Press and hold the OK button on your TV remote after selecting the Norton VPN app.

In the list of options that appear, click Uninstall and then click OK.
Apple TV
-
Go to the Apple TV home screen and navigate to Norton VPN app.

Press and hold the clickpad or touch surface on your TV remote until Norton VPN icon jiggles.

Select Delete app and then select Delete or Offload.
Amazon Fire TV
-
On the Fire TV home screen, go to Settings in the top-right corner.

Select Applications.
-
Select Manage Installed Applications.

Select Norton VPN from the list of applications.

In the list of options that appear, click Uninstall.
In the prompt that appears, click Uninstall.
To reinstall Norton VPN, read Download and install Norton VPN.
