Message: "No Internet connection" when connected to Norton WiFi Privacy VPN

To fix this problem, exit all the programs and restart your computer.

If the problem persists even after you restart the computer and if you have Windows 7 or 8, turn off the Protected Mode option in the Internet Explorer settings.

Turn off Protected Mode in Internet Explorer

  1. Start Internet Explorer.

  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

  3. On the Security tab, uncheck Enable Protected Mode.

  4. Click Apply, and then click OK.

  5. Exit all programs and restart your computer.
