Message: "We were unable to complete activation of your upgraded product. Try again by clicking Activate Now in the main window of your product (-1015)" appears when I activate my Norton product

This problem normally occurs when the Norton product from your service provider is expired or is cancelled before you upgraded your computer to Windows 10.

To resolve this issue, you need to contact your service provider and renew your Norton subscription or service. After you have renewed your subscription, read I want to install my Norton product from my service provider.
