Message: "Subscription Canceled"

Your Norton subscription is canceled. You cannot install the Norton service on your device.

To protect your devices, you have to buy a new subscription.

Purchase a new subscription

1. Click Buy a new subscription.

2. In the page that appears, select the Norton subscription that you want to purchase and click Subscribe Now.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the purchase.

If you have another product key that is associated with your Norton subscription, click Enter a new product key and enter the key.

If you received your Norton product from your service provider, click Enter a different Pin to enter the new PIN.

If you have renewed or purchased your subscription recently but get this window, do the following:

• Make sure that you typed the product key or PIN exactly as it was provided.

• Access your Norton account and check if the product key belongs to the Norton subscription that you purchased.

If you believe that your subscription should not have been canceled, contact Member Services & Support with your product key and order information.
