If you obtained your Norton protection through a service provider or preinstalled on a new computer, order details may not appear on your Norton account page.
You can use your Norton account to see the details of your Norton product or service orders. From Order History, you can review information such as:
Sign in to your account.
In your account, hover the cursor at the top right corner over My Account and click Order History.
Click the expand icon next to Order Details for the product you want to view the product key, serial number, receipt, or price details for. For other ways to find your product key, click here.
You can also locate your product's serial number and product key in the order confirmation email that you received from Norton after you completed your product purchase in the Norton Online Store.
