Reinstall Norton after you run the Norton removal tool
After you run the Norton removal tool, you need to download the Norton product from your Norton account. If you have received your Norton product from Comcast or from your service provider, download the latest version of the Norton product from their website.

Sign In to Norton.

If you are not signed in to Norton already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click .

In the window, move your mouse over

Click
If you have more than one Norton product in your account, Choose the product you want to download and click .
Click if the product you desire to download is not visible in the list.

Do one of the following depending on your browser:

For Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge browser: Click .

For Firefox or Safari: On the top-right corner of the browser, click the option to view the downloaded files, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

For Chrome: On the bottom-left corner, double-click the file that you downloaded.

If the User Account Control window appears, click .
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Go to the Comcast website.
-
Click Download Now for .
-
Sign in with the Comcast user name and password.

Sign in with the Norton account you have associated with your Norton Security Online subscription.
If you have not associated with a Norton account yet, sign in to an existing Norton account or create a new Norton account.

Click .

When the File Download-Security Warning window appears, click .
-
Norton_Download_Manager.exe starts to download to your computer.
When the Internet Explorer-Security Warning window appears, click .

Norton Security Online starts to download to your desktop.
If the download is interrupted, there is a file on the desktop for you to double-click to start the download again.

After the download completes, the installation starts automatically.

Read and accept the User license agreement. Click .

Norton Security Online installation starts.
Wait for the Norton Security Online installation to complete.

After the installation completes, the activation occurs automatically.

The latest version of Norton Security Online has successfully been installed and activated.

Log in to your Service Provider and navigate to where you downloaded and installed your Norton product from originally.

Download and install your Norton product on the new computer.

In the main screen, click , or .
-
Click .
-
If you see a prompt, in the My Service PIN field, type in the PIN number that is provided to you by your Service Provider.

If you see a prompt, enter a computer name.

Click . If you have a license available, the product is activated.

If your product licenses are used, then you see the options to either purchase another license or transfer a license.
Do one of the following:

To purchase a new license: Under "Option 1: Purchase Another License", click the link and follow the on-screen instructions.

To transfer a license from a registered computer to this new computer: Under "Option 2: Transfer a License", find the name of the computer from where you want to transfer the license, and then click .
