  • Norton Automatic Renewal Service is available in the United States, Canada, Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

What is the payment method accepted?

  • Valid payment methods include credit card, debit card, and direct debit payment options.

How is Norton Automatic Renewal Service activated?

  • The Norton Automatic Renewal service is enrolled during your online or retail purchase with Norton. The service does not become active until you activate and start using your Norton product.

How do I manage my Norton Automatic Renewal Service?

  1. You can manage your Norton Automatic Renewal Service status at http://manage.norton.com.

  2. Your Norton account lets you do the following:

    • Securely manage all your Norton products and services anytime and anywhere

    • View your product details

    • Retrieve your Norton product key(s)

    • Perform other activities including changing your Norton Automatic Renewal Service status

How do I know if I have Norton Automatic Renewal Service enabled?

  • You may check your Automatic Renewal enrollment status any time by logging into Norton Management.

How will I know the price and when I am being billed for my subscription renewal?

  • Symantec sends an email to the email address that is provided in your Norton account before you are billed (between 45 days and 30 days before your product subscription expires). The email contains the product details and the billing price in which you will be billed. The email also includes the steps on how to cancel the Automatic Renewal service.

What is the price for the Norton Automatic Renewal subscription?

  • The Norton Automatic Renewal Service helps keep your computer protected against the latest Internet threats and risks by renewing your product subscription(s) automatically. By enrolling in the Norton Automatic Renewal Service, you authorize Symantec to automatically charge the then current renewal subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) to your credit or debit card before expiration of your product subscription. You will receive a pre-billing notification by email shortly before your subscription expires and before any payment is billed to alert you that your product subscription is automatically renewed.

    You may cancel your enrollment at any time by visiting Norton Management. However, canceling may leave your computer at risk of becoming unprotected from the latest security threats unless you remember to follow the prompts displayed by your Norton product to renew your Norton product subscription.

What does this transaction look like on my credit card statement?

  • The transaction description on your credit card may look like:

    Norton Annual Renewal (region specific phone number or URL)

What if I manually renew my subscription before Automatic Renewal occurs?

  • If you are enrolled in Norton Automatic Renewal Service, you cannot manually renew your product. If you want to manually renew your product, you need to first disable your Norton Automatic Renewal Service.

How can I disable Norton Automatic Renewal Service?

  1. Go to Norton Management to disable Norton Automatic Renewal Service.

  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Sign in to Norton with your email address and password.

  4. Under Automatic Renewal and Subscriptions, next to the Norton product for which you want to disable Automatic Renewal, click Off.

  5. When you receive the prompt, click Turn Off.

  6. Your Norton product prompts you to manually renew the subscription when it expires next time.

How can I update my card details?

  1. Go to Norton Management to update your Credit Card details.

  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Sign in to Norton with your email address and password.

  4. Under Billing Information, click Go to billing information.

  5. Type in any information that you want to update.

  6. Click Update.
