The Protection Report summarizes activities that your Norton product has performed to protect your devices and identity. Every time your Norton product scans your files or apps, recognizes identity threats, identifies compromised networks or detects other online threats, information about the activity is logged in the Protection Report.
Ensure that your devices are connected to the Internet so they can collect data for your Protection Report. To view the report, do one of the following, depending on your situation:
In the Protection report, you can click on the different tabs to access the different sections and view the details.
For viewing the identity-related data, you need to be entitled and enrolled in LifeLock.
Lets you review the recent potential threats to your identity. You can see the consolidated view of all the alerts you have received for your enrolled identities.
The report also shows you the financial accounts that are monitored for suspicious activity. You can also add a financial account for financial monitoring. It helps you to keep an eye on your credit score and monitor your credit health. You can even lock your identity to protect you against fraudulent account openings.
You can see the personal information that is being monitored on the surface, deep, and dark web. Depending on your plan, you can also add more information, like phone number, credit card, etc, for Norton Dark Web Monitoring.
You can review the other identity protection features like Credit score and Identity Lock.
The Device Security section provides a summary of activities that your Norton device security product has performed to protect your Windows computers.
Norton performs various activities to protect you from viruses, infected downloads, intrusion attempts, and other online threats. It also runs various background tasks to clear unwanted files and tune up your computer for optimum performance.
Under Security, you can view the count of:
The number of licenses is the number of devices you can install the device security product on. This depends on your subscription plan.
If you have recently uninstalled the product, it will take some time to reflect in the report. To remove the devices that no longer have Norton device security installed, read Remove a device from your Norton account.

For the latest details, open the Report Card in your Norton device security product. Every time your Norton product scans files, runs a LiveUpdate, analyzes downloads, blocks intrusions, or fixes infected files, information about the activity is logged in the Report Card. To view the Report Card, see View the Report Card.
You can also check if your product is up-to-date. If your product is not up-to-date, run LiveUpdate from the Norton product main window until you see the message "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates".
Android:
To review and uninstall the potentially harmful apps, on the app main screen, tap Security, and then tap App Security.
To resolve your operating system risks, read View and respond to Device Security alerts in Norton 360 app on your mobile device.
To view the detailed information about the risky websites and networks, tap the Malicious Websites Blocked and Risky Networks option under the Internet Security and Wi-Fi Security section respectively.
A green checkmark on your Norton 360 app main screen means everything is fine, but if you see a yellow badge then set up the following features until you see a green checkmark:Shows you the details of your online cloud storage, such as the available storage space, the last backup date, and the total number of files backed up.
Norton Cloud Backup is available only on Windows.

*Displays a snapshot of the data in the report on the My Norton portal. Your current data might vary. You will also receive a monthly report to your registered email address.
