Message: "Your subscription is not installed on any device"

We cannot detect any device that has your Norton product installed.

This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You have not installed your Norton subscription on any device after you made the purchase.

  • You may have uninstalled the Norton product from your device.

Follow these instructions and install your Norton product on your device.

If you want to install your Norton product on a device that you are currently not on, send an email invite to install Norton on that device. You can install your Norton product on computers that run on Windows and Mac OS X, and on mobile devices that run on Android and iOS. For more details, read the system requirements.

I obtained my Norton product from a service provider

If you obtained your Norton product from your Internet service provider, follow the instructions provided by your service provider to download and install Norton. If you still have problems, contact your Internet service provider for assistance.
