Install a profile on your child's iOS device

You are prompted to install a profile through a notification or when you set up Norton Family app or upgrade the app to the latest version. If in any case you have skipped profile installation, you can still do that from the Norton Family browser.

1. In the profile permission screen, tap Allow.

   

2. In the profile download screen, tap Close.

   

3. In the screen that appears, tap Done.

   

4. Once you see the Install Profile screen, go to the Home screen.

   

5. Open Settings app and then tap Profile Downloaded option.

   

6. In the Install Profile screen, tap Install.

   

7. In the Installing Profile screen, tap Install.

   

8. In the Warning screen, tap Install.

   

9. In the screen that appears, tap Trust.

   

10. In the Profile Installed screen, tap Done.
