Update your personal information in your Norton account

Your Norton account is where you can manage all your personal details, billing information, and email preferences in your account. If you forgot your password or are having issues receiving the password reset email, read Recover your Norton account.

Update your email address, password, or other personal information

If you created your account with an email address you currently cannot access or use to sign in, contact Norton Support, and we will be happy to help.

1. Sign in to your Norton account.
2. On the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click the Edit icon  next to any information that you want to update.
4. You can also select your Email preferences. 
   • Under Promotions, select Special offers.
   • Under Product Information, select Required messages, Product features and reminders, and Newsletters.
5. Once you are done, save your updates.

Update or add your card details

1. Sign in to your Norton account.
2. On the top-right corner of the page, hover over My Account and click Billing information.
3. Under the Billing Information, if you want to update an existing payment method, click the Edit icon  and type in any information that you want to update, and click Save.

   You need to have a product linked to this Norton account for the Billing Information tab to be available. If you do not see the Billing Information tab, check if the product is linked with a different Norton account.

4. To add your billing information, choose your country/region and the payment method, and then complete saving the billing information.

If you have issues updating or adding your billing information, contact Norton Support.

If you want to delete your billing information, you must disable the automatically renewing subscription before you delete the card. Read, Cancel your automatically renewing subscription.

Update LifeLock member details

To update any of your LifeLock member details, select one of the following:

• Update the verbal passcode

• Update your financial accounts, mailing address, and other personal information for Dark Web Monitoring

• Update the name on your account

• Add a member to your account
