To fix this issue, provide an alternate mobile number for setting up your secondary two-factor authentication method. If you do not have an alternate mobile number, you can use an authenticator app for your secondary two-factor authentication method. You can download any free authenticator app such as VIP access, Google Authenticator, and Microsoft Authenticator. On your phone's App Store, search for an authenticator app and install it.
