If you have changed the Norton plan provided to you by a service provider, you must complete the plan update to access all of the features included in your plan. Use the information below to update your plan.
Sign in to your account.
In the My Norton page, on the feature tile that you want to update, click Complete Update.
Click Continue and complete the subscription update form.
