Repeated pop-up for Windows Security Antispam OE Hook Launcher is displayed after enabling Norton AntiSpam for Outlook

To resolve this problem, run Get Support. If the problem persists, disable and then enable Antispam Client integration.

STEP 1

Run Get Support

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton product main window, click Help.

  3. In the Help Center window, click Get Support.

  4. Click Close after the fix completes.

    If the problem persists, goto Step 2.

STEP 2

Disable AntiSpam Client Integration

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. Click Settings > AntiSpam.

  3. On the Client Integration tab, under Email Clients, click on the slider next to Outlook to turn it Off.

  4. Click Apply, and then click Close.

  5. Exit all programs, and then restart the computer.

STEP 3

Enable AntiSpam Client Integration

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. Click Settings > AntiSpam.

  3. On the Client Integration tab, under Email Clients, click on the slider next to Outlook to turn it On.

  4. Click Apply, and then click Close.

  5. Exit all programs, and then restart the computer.
