Your Norton account is where you can manage all your personal details, billing information, and email preferences in your account. If you forgot your password or have issues receiving the password reset email, read Recover your Norton account.
If you created your account with an email address that you currently cannot access or use to sign in to your account, contact Member Services & Support and we will be happy to help.
For Japan:
If your order number starts with APXXXXXXXX or NPXXXXXXXX or if you have Norton 360 Standard Plus, follow the steps above to change your account details.
If your order number starts with SY, visit here to change your account details. You will need your "original order number" and email address that was used when you ordered.
*Your original order number is in the email that we sent at the point of the first purchase completion.
If you have issues updating or adding your billing information, contact Member Services & Support.
If you want to delete your billing information, you must disable the automatically renewing subscription before you delete the card. Read, Cancel your automatically renewing subscription.
