If you obtained your protection through a service provider or preinstalled on a new computer, order details may not appear on your Norton account page.
You can find your Norton product's serial number, receipt, order number, and product key by signing into your account.
Sign in to your account.
In the My Account page, click the Order history tab.
Click the product for which you want to see the serial number, order number, product key, or receipt. For other ways to find your product key, click here.
You can also locate your product's serial number and product key in the order confirmation email that you received from Norton after you completed your product purchase in the Norton Online Store.
