Update the missing information in your Norton account

Norton Family requires your email address and country/region information to be updated in your Norton account. If this information is not updated, Norton Family features may not work, and you will not receive any notifications.

Update your information

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the Account Settings tab, do the following:
   • Click the Edit icon next to Email, and add or update your email address.
   • Click the Edit icon next to the Name section and update your region. Click Update when you are done updating your personal information.
