The Norton VPN feature in your Norton 360 app is supported only on macOS 10.15 or later versions. To resolve this issue, update your operating system to macOS 10.15 or later, then try to access Norton VPN. To know the version of the Mac operating system installed on your Mac, click the Apple menu icon at the top-left corner, then click About This Mac.

To fix this problem, Sign out and sign in to your Norton 360 app, which contains your valid Norton 360 app subscription, which includes Norton VPN.
At the bottom-left of your Norton 360 app, click your profile name.
On the right pane, click Sign out.
On the right pane, click Sign in.
Enter your Norton account credentials that contains your valid Norton 360 app subscription that includes Norton VPN, and then click Continue.
If the problem persists, then uninstall and reinstall your Norton 360 app.
Before you follow the below steps, ensure that you close your Norton 360 app, if it is already opened.
Scroll down and right-click on the Norton application icon and click Move to Trash or Move to Bin.
If you see an error, click Ok in the error message, and then scroll down and double-click Norton Uninstaller.
If you see the Norton Uninstaller window, click Continue and proceed to Step 6. Otherwise, go to Step 4.
When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.
This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.
In the window that appears, click Uninstall.
When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.

If you see the restart option, then click Restart Now to complete the uninstallation process. Otherwise, continue with the below steps.
Wait while the uninstaller removes the Norton product from your Mac.
When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password, and then click Ok.
This is usually the username and password you use to log in to your Mac.
When the confirmation message appears, click Finish or optionally click Continue to complete the uninstall survey.
Sign in to your account.
Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.
In the My Norton portal, click Download.
In the Get Started page, click Agree and Download.
If you see an alert, click Allow.
When the download finishes, double-click the file that you downloaded to launch the Norton installer.
Double-click the Install Norton icon and click Open.
Click Install Norton.
In some cases, the Norton installer provides you an alert to join the Norton Community Watch that collects information about potential security risks from your computer and sends the information to Norton for analysis. Do any one of the following:
Click Join Now to enable the Norton Community Watch on your Norton product.
Click Maybe Later to join the Norton Community Watch later.
When prompted, type your Mac administrator account password and click Install Helper. This is usually your username and password to log in to your Mac.
When the System Extension Blocked notification appears, click OK.
Click Close.
Click Move to Bin.
Norton device security is now installed on your Mac. To complete the initial setup, follow the on-screen instructions to allow permissions for your Norton product. For detailed instructions, refer to Allow all permissions for your Norton product on macOS.
Product activation reduces software piracy and ensures that you use authentic Norton software. You must activate your Norton product to use all the Norton features and keep your device protected.
To activate your Norton product:
Open your Norton device security product.
On the left pane, at the bottom, click Account.
Click Sign in, enter the credentials for the account that contains your valid Norton device security subscription, and then click Continue.
Norton device security is now activated on your Mac.
