Turn off or turn on Norton VPN on the Norton UWP app

By default, Norton VPN is enabled on your Norton Security Protection or Norton Security On-the-Go Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app. When you turn off VPN, your IP address and location are exposed and this can make your connection vulnerable to attacks.

Turn Secure VPN off or on

1. Open your Norton device security product.

2. In the My Norton window, next to Secure VPN, select Open.

3. In the Secure VPN window, slide the VPN switch to on or off.
