Latest version of a Norton app does not work on Android

Some device manufacturers use modified versions of the Android operating system (for example: Amazon's Kindle Fire, Cruz tablets, Nook tablets, etc.). Unfortunately, due to the modified operating systems, we cannot guarantee the full functionality of the Norton apps on these types of devices and therefore do not support these devices at this time.
