How to receive Qualified Invoice (Only in Japan)

The Qualified Invoice System will start from the 1st of October 2023 in Japan.

This article explains how to receive a qualified invoice for your purchase made after the system start date (1st of October 2023). We do not issue qualified invoices for the purchase made before the system start date.

First, please check your order number.
*You can find your order number in the emails received from Norton at the time of purchase or renewal. Also, please note that the registration number for the invoice system would be different depending on your order number.

Your order number starts from NP or AP

  1. Sign in to your Norton account.
  2. Go to Account Setting after clicking the human icon.
  3. Go to Order History tab.
  4. Click Receipt to download your qualified invoice.

If you would like to change the name in the invoice, please contact our support from here.

Your order number starts from SY

Registration Number: T7011101033773

The email sent at the time of purchase or renewal is your qualified invoice.

If you need to change the name in the qualified invoice, you can reissue it by logging in here with your order number and email address used at the time of purchase, and click on Issue Online Invoice.
